A native of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, Mr. Gingrich formed Gateway Risk Services, LLC, in 2000 to take over the medical professional liability and general liability operations of Affiliated Risk Control Administrators of Pennsylvania, Inc. (ARCAP), upon the retirement of ARCAP's President. Mr. Gingrich initially joined the staff of ARCAP as a Risk Management Attorney in 1990 and was named Vice President in 1998. In addition to Mr. Gingrich's considerable claims experience with ARCAP and Gateway, he gained invaluable training with a defense firm, including the defense of medical professional and general liability actions.

Since 1990, Mr. Gingrich has provided quality claims administration and risk management services to numerous health care providers located throughout the country. At the helm of Gateway, Mr. Gingrich leads a team of experienced, knowledgeable, professionals. Located in the Pittsburgh area, Mr. Gingrich has overall administrative responsibility for Gateway's operations, as well as administering claims, providing risk management advice, and conducting reserve audits.
